If you're going for a slightly retro look, do it right. Paris went with a bit of a retro flip, which totally works, but you could also go for a bouncy ponytail. Also, her makeup is great. The thick, black liner on the upper lid is very retro, and the light lip lets the attention go straight to her eyes.
