Because the dress is a bit on the severe side, Rachel was smart to keep her hair loose and a little wild. She normally has a dark or bright lip, and this really works for her, although you might want to try going with something more on the sheer side for yourself. As far as eyes, because the dress a metallic shade, you don't want to go too silvery on the eyes. A bit of shimmer is great, but you don't want to look robotic. It looks like Rachel played up her eyes with some bronze and black, which will work for just about anyone. Photo: Getty
