A: I hear that all your products are completely natural, and that you don't use petroleum, or anything like that. Why was that important to you?

L: Well, when I started, I used things I could get - mostly things that were already in the kitchen. I didn't want to be using anything dangerous at home. Fifteen years ago, "natural products" weren't in vogue. For me, it had to be natural because I had to make it in my kitchen!
