This vitamin has antioxidant super powers. Its main function is to protect our body from free radical damage. There are two main types of vitamin E - alpha tocopherol and tocotrienols. Tocotrienols are roughly 50 times more potent than the latter. If you can't find an inexpensive cream with this derivative in it, go to the drugstore, buy gelcaps, pop them open and apply to your skin a few times a week before bed. We've personally tested it and after a few months of steady usage, the E neutralized our free radicals, and our fine lines, sunspots and slight acne scars were completely gone, no kidding.
