After getting his design chosen by Brooke, Keith asked retro babe, Kenley, to help him bring his design into fruition. The judges swooned over this outfit, but we're not feeling it. The high-waisted skirt would be unflattering on most women and the colors are so blah. PS: Kenley was the designer who began laughing at Daniel on panel. It was ah-mazing to watch.
