This is the 2nd celebrity hairstylist whose advice I took and now I 've got horribly damaged, once naturally curly hair! I used the curling iron, just as shown in the video, to change the curls of my naturally curly hair. Now, I'm a slave to it, because the hair is permanently dry and damaged and no longer curly! I look crazy. I don't know what to do.

Hair care routine...
I use hot tools all the time to dry and straighten my hair. I have 3A/B curly hair that is fine and cut in layers. My tips get dry if I don't get trimmed every 3-6 months. What I do on is put the leave in conditioner, curls rock cream and let it air dry. When I notice my hair doesn't curl right, I use a deep conditioning treatment and give my hair a break from heat styling.When 80% dry, I'll flip my head over and shake my head to get good body and volume. Pay attention to temperatures that your tools are set at and adjust accordingly.
