Worst: Jennette McCurdy

McCurdy may have taken the show's Las Vegas locale to heart. We wouldn't go so far as to call the "iCarley" star's Mandalay dress completely showgirl but it's in the same vein. Luckily, youth is on her side, and she has plenty of time to learn from her mistake.
