Cozy Brunch

Couture: To me, a chunky, cozy knit is perfect weekend-brunch-at-home attire. And, there's no better companion than my Welsh Corgi, Louie.

Cuisine: Baked eggs are one one my absolute favorite dishes to have for Sunday brunch. My latest favorite is one that I recently served on my birthday, which is a creamy pancetta and sage version with a Grana Padano gratin. I've found that a good method to keep the yokes from getting too dry is to spoon creme fraiche over the them. Also baked eggs are never complete without a bit of heavy cream!
