There it is! Harmon arrived at the 2002 VH1/Vogue Fashion Awards looking like she was headed to an figure skating tournament in a tiny beaded number. She made up for the lack of dress with a either half a petticoat or some sort of cape. Or maybe she just dropped her shawl on her way in? But her winning smile and killer legs were a great distraction from the perplexing nature of her outfit.
