Back to Beauty Lessons From the Women In Our Lives

I'm grateful for a lot of things I inherited from my mother and grandmother (like a complexion that's super-resistant to sunburn and straight teeth) but the fine hair and the dry skin?
Thankfully my Mom was ahead of the curve here and birthed me with a can of mousse in one hand and a vat of Eucerin in the other, arming me for life with two of the best beauty products money can buy. As soon as I sprouted hair, I was squishing mousse onto my roots and blow-drying with my head upside down. And since elementary school, I've been using the moisturizing lotion Eucerin morning and night to combat the "snakeskin."
While I'm far from perfect, thanks to Mom my hair is a little fuller and my skin is happy and healthy -- just like we are. Happy Mother's Day!
