Preen Fall 2011: Color-Blocked Brights

Color my world! Working in the bright shades of Fall 2011, Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi of Preen electrified their otherwise simple skirts and suits with blocks of bold hues. This ultraviolet and cobalt skirt feels so right when balanced out by a pretty but modest navy top.
