Jen Kao Fall 2011: Printed Minidress with Neon Fringe

Jen Kao’s over-the-top and awe-inspiring Fall collection showcased swirling prints in what she described as “a color palette of acid rainbows.” While this vibrant number was stunning, it's perhaps a bit too wacky to wear thanks to a trippy digital print pattern combined with rows upon rows of rubbery neon fringe made out of fishing lures.
