Ports 1961’s newly installed creative director, Fiona Cibani, showed a lot of shimmer in her Fall collection, and it felt just right in this sleek evening look that closed the show. The fitted cut and gleaming black finish are darkly alluring, and the boat-neck top adds a dash of elegance. This look doesn’t show a lot of skin, and that makes for the best possible brand of sexy.
