WORST DRESSED: Ciara

Ciara chose the prince of patterns, Peter Dundas for Emilio Pucci, at this year’s Grammys. But we were disappointed by the dress’ too-high slit and hard cutouts, which made the gown look a bit, well, Star Trek.
