WORST DRESSED: Hayley Williams

Paramore singer Hayley Williams’ Jeremy Scott dress looked straight out of "Cabaret" -- in a bad way. The sheer midriff was a miss, and though we liked the hot-pink feathered tutu, it clashed with her orange wig. Yikes!
