Vivienne Westwood Fall 2011: Eccentric Equestrians

Vivienne Westwood gave new meaning to animal prints. "The inspiration for the show is a global tribe of noble, proud, equine women -- inspired by Vivienne's idea of horses, the makeup is an interpretation of horses' markings," says MAC makeup artist Val Garland. And just in case you, ahem, want to replicate this equestrian look, it was a fan brush that was used to create the "hair-like brush strokes" that were painted vertically on the face.
