Cult-favorite fragrance brand Demeter (known for their cheeky scents like Dirt, Gin & Tonic, and Sex On The Beach) is still going strong after 13 years. In fact, while other perfume brands struggle to make sales, Demeter is actually expanding. They recently launched the Sephora-exclusive Vintage Naturals collection (a 100% natural fragrance line) and most recently announced distribution into over 175 Duane Reade locations.

Today marks the opening of the New York City drugstore chain's 14,000 square foot, two-story stab at prestige beauty retailing in Herald's Square, reports WWD. The new beauty department, now called Look Boutique, boasts 5,400 square feet of upscale brands, including Too Faced, Lierac, Pop Beauty, and La Roche-Posay.
