For the fifth and final challenge, we were tasked with creating a look using stretch tie-dye leggings by Plan B. While I?m definitely a girl who appreciates all sorts of leg-wear; I usually stick with dark, flattering colors. For my final look, I revived my DIY black slashed leggings from November 2008 and layered them overtop, allowing the tie-dye pattern to peek through for a subtle edge.

Having recently moved to New York City from Seattle, where plaid isn?t a trend, it just is; I felt a little hometown comfort when I opened the package for challenge number four. Behold the red English plaid ?The Delia? top by Priorities. I instantly fell in love with the details from the feminine ruffles to the steam punk type buttons.

When I opened up the package for challenge #3, the Necessary Objects pink stretchy poly mini pencil skirt, I was a little frightened at first given hot pink is one of my least flattering colors. That said, I was excited to see it was a stretchy, pull-on mini skirt because that style can be pretty forgiving, not to mention versatile.

Oh my Prada! Taxi cabs better watch out! As if the shoes aren?t enough to stop traffic, they are dressed with chains and spikes ready to pop any tires that get too close. In styling my look for challenge number two in the Bluefly and StyleList America?s Most Stylish Blogger contest, I spent hours playing dress up just to stare at my feet in the Prada ash suede studded ankle boots.
