It's no secret that fashion folks famously shun makeup. From Kelly Cutrone to Vera Wang to just about every new model on the block, those who dictate fashion and beauty trends are usually notoriously -- and ironically -- barefaced. So it made absolute sense that at this evening's Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) awards show, which honors the best design achievements of the year, the abounding makeup trend was the lack there of.
