Chanel is all over the blue nail. They debuted a bright turquoise polish, called Nail Vernis in Nouvelle Vague for Summer 2010. And at yesterday's Cruise Collection in St. Tropez, designer Karl Lagerfeld and his beauty tour de force Peter Philips sent models down the runway with pale, powder blue finger tips.
