One of the biggest nights in fashion will happen on Monday when The Met's Costume Institute fetes its newest exhibit, "American Woman: Fashion a National Identity." Keeping with the Americana theme, The Gap is playing sponsor to the gala, and, while sponsors usually dress a good amount of the attending guests, The Gap, obviously, isn't exactly a ball gown maker.
