For the fifth and final challenge, we were tasked with creating a look using stretch tie-dye leggings by Plan B. While I?m definitely a girl who appreciates all sorts of leg-wear; I usually stick with dark, flattering colors. For my final look, I revived my DIY black slashed leggings from November 2008 and layered them overtop, allowing the tie-dye pattern to peek through for a subtle edge.

Are tie-dye leggings a fashion risk? Not when they're on-trend! (And if you'll remember, I wore a similar piece in Week #1 of this competition and had the experts reluctant to endorse them then. But the fashion tides have turned!)

I was excited to work on the final challenge of the Bluefly / StyleList America's Most Stylish Blogger contest because it was indeed a challenge. The leggings we received aren't exactly my usual style, but I was very intrigued by them. The black, white and gray tie-dye looks almost like marble and creates an interesting textural effect.

For our last challenge item, Bluefly.com sent each blogger charcoal tie-dye stretch leggings by Plan B. I don?t own anything like them in my closet, so the leggings were both a pleasant surprise and a bit of a challenge! But with their tapered leg and contemporary fit, they turned out to be comfortable and fun to wear!

Stylelist and Bluefly's final challenge were tie dye leggings, a bit trendy for me but i managed to work them into a pretty chill ensemble. Leather jacket, white T-shirt, and doc martens - to add anything else would be over-the-top, the leggings definitely stand-out on their own.

After evaluating a rack of clothes that could potentially be paired with this unique Plan B legging; I decided to resurrect my famous Little Black Dress. In August, I wore this LBD for 31 days in what I called The Little Black Dress Experiment and documented the experience on my blog. My goal was to illustrate to my readers how they could take a simple piece in their wardrobe and accessorize it to create innumerable looks. My last style challenge from Bluefly and Stylelist is Plan B?s blue tye dyed stretch leggings. I wanted to create a modern and edgy look, so I paired the skinny leggings with a flowy, nude tunic. The tunic has ruffled hemlines which I thought added a touch of feminism to my entire ensemble.
